Morgan and Wacker Motorcycle Training Centre is a registered Q-Ride service provider.
Q-Ride is a private provider license training scheme, regulated and monitored by the Queensland Government and Queensland Transport.
Q-RIDE is a competency based Training and Assessment program that provides a way to acquire the RE, REA, and R Class Motorcycle licences.
Whether you are a beginner or you have had years of riding experience, our instructors will be able to assess your competency.
No further fees or testing by Queensland Transport are required.
Our Q-Ride Training and Assessment program is very thorough, beginning with 2-hour theory session delivered in our air-conditioned training rooms followed by extensive practice in our fully enclosed training area and completed with comprehensive roadcraft training.
Trainees simply work on each element until they master it, then move on to the next element until total competency is achieved.
Our training fleet consists of Honda CB250 and other LAMS motorcycles for those looking to achieve their RE-Class licence; 125cc-400cc scooters are available for the REA-Class licence qualification, Post-LAMS BMW motorcycles are used for those upgrading to R-Class licence.
The use of an approved helmet, jacket, gloves, a motorcycle and vehicle damage insurance are all provided during training for the initial fee; there are no hidden costs.
By the time we have assessed you as competent you will be a safe and thinking rider.
